No. ChillWave is a foldable handheld fan. Hold it for direct airflow or fold the hinge so it can rest on a stable, flat surface. It is not designed to be worn around your neck.

The center plate is designed for direct contact cooling. With cooling mode active, briefly touch the plate to your skin for an additional cooling sensation. Keep the plate clean and dry.

The fan offers 199 adjustable airflow levels. The built-in LED display helps you see the current setting and remaining power information shown by the device.

The fan is designed for noticeable airflow. Like other high-output portable fans, it becomes more audible at higher speed settings.

Each order includes one foldable handheld fan, one USB charging cable, and one detachable wrist lanyard.

Free standard shipping is available within the US. Typical delivery is 10–14 business days after your order is processed. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return the fan and included accessories in their original condition. See the Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

Keep the fan opening and cooling plate clean and dry, do not block the air intake while it is running, and store it away from prolonged direct sunlight. Charge it with the included USB cable before first use.
