30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Return Condition
The fan must be returned in its original condition, with the USB charging cable, wrist lanyard, and original packaging included. Items that are damaged through misuse or returned with missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
